The exceptional strength of our Nautilus Ceramicline swimming pools is guaranteed by the unique construction design, which protects against osmosis and ensures a longer service life compared to conventional polyester pools.
The pools are manufactured according to the strictest regulations, with testing after each individual work step. The Nautilux gelcoat layers are applied to the perfectly prepared product template using state-of-the-art technology in temperature-controlled pressurised coating booths. The pools are then placed in the laminating booth, where the glass fibre and ceramic layers are applied according to the layer sequence.
It should be mentioned here that after production is complete, numbered samples are taken from each basin, which undergo artificial ageing to model at least 20 years of use. The surface is subjected to extremely high stress - 120 hours of boiling at 80 degrees. After artificial ageing, no discolouration or signs of osmosis are permitted. The numbered samples are kept in the factory.
Finally, the laminating booth is heated with hot air and the pool is heat-treated at 50-55°C for one night so that the applied resin can form a completely closed spatial grid. The gelcoat layers applied to the inner pool surface not only ensure an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also make the pool perfectly watertight and weatherproof; they are fade-resistant if the water has the right pH and chlorine levels and a maximum water temperature of 32 degrees.

This is the economy version of our model “star” and it comes with another profile system. This model features a lighter structure with a maximum width of 5.75 m. Due to the torispherical shape this enclosure is quite flat, yet has a remarkable span.
This model is a truly minimalist swimming pool in design. The stairs are comfortable and very practical.. The first two rows of the stairs offer some additional surface for sitting, however, it is moderately sized, so there is no sitting bench occupying more space.
The “Horizon high“ preserves the dynamically fresh forms which are typical of “horizon“. However, its slightly different form allows for added statical stiffness needed for a wider span, and the curved top helps water run down the glazing even faster.
This pool is the most compact in our product range, yet it has the potential to host many of the water features also including a swim jet which turns this little one into an endless pool.
