on processing for the purposes of a request for an offer

AQUACOMET Limited Liability Company (registered office: 9027 Győr, Kőrisfa utca 15.; company registration number: 08-09-004809, tax number: 11401065-2-08, e-mail address: info@aquacomet.hu; hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller") operates the website www.aquacomet.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which provides the opportunity to design and request an offer for the products presented on the Website with an individual configuration, if the visitor so wishes. The request for an offer and the data of the data subject will be transmitted to the reseller of the Data Controller in order to enable the reseller partner to contact the data subject in connection with the offer and to prepare the offer for the data subject.

In relation to the processing of data subjects' data, the Data Controller, in compliance with the requirements of data protection legislation, informs the data subjects of the following:

		- contact details (e-mail address and telephone number).
7.	Legal basis for processing	Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. the consent of the data subjects. In the absence of such consent, the Data Controller will not be able to make a personalised offer and send it to the data subject.
8.	Duration of data storage	Personal data will be deleted when the offer is submitted.
9.	Recipient categories	The Data Controller will transfer the data subject's data to the reseller partner selected on the basis of the parameters chosen by the data subject and the data subject's address. These partners will contact the data subject for the purpose of sale, for which processing the reselling partner will be considered as an individual controller. 		The data is accessible to Mediacenter Hungary Ltd. (registered seat: 6000 Kecskemét, Erkel Ferenc utca 5.), which performs data processing activities (web hosting, data storage).

		Personal data is stored on Microsoft's cloud client.
10.	Rights of the data subject	The data subject has the following rights (the terms of which are defined in the applicable legislation (e.g. the GDPR)). The data subject may exercise his or her rights by contacting the Data Controller directly using the contact details specified above and specifying the data subject's rights. 10.1.	Right of access	the Data Controller shall inform the data subject whether or not processing is taking place and, if so, provide information about it;
10.2.	Right to rectification	if the processed data is inaccurate or incomplete, the Data Controller shall correct or complete it upon request;
10.3.	Right to be forgotten (erasure)	if the processing would not be lawful, the Controller shall delete the personal data;
10.4.	Right to restriction of processing	inaccurate, unlawful, unnecessary or in the event of an objection to processing, the Data Controller shall process the data, except for storage, only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or of an important public interest of the Union or of a Member State);
10.5.	Right to object	at the request of the data subject, the controller shall cease the processing, unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims);
10.6.	Right to withdraw consent	the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, provided that the processing is based on the data subject's consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
11.	Remedies	In the event of an alleged violation of his/her rights, the data subject may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (address: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., phone: +36-1-391-1400, fax: +36-1-391-1410, e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) or in court. Tribunal Courts has jurisdiction to hear the case. 12.	Description of the technical and organisational measures taken to ensure the security of data processing	The following measures ensure the necessary and appropriate level of complex information security in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability: (i) complex administrative and technical security measures (internal data protection policy, other mandatory policies including data management), (ii) continuous tailoring of security measures based on regular monitoring of data management processes and continuous risk analysis, and a data processing contract with data processors providing appropriate guarantees, (iii) personal security measures, (iv) information and training of data controllers, awareness of the need for data protection.

If the data subject is under 18, the legal representative of the data subject is entitled to make a statement. The Controller shall be entitled to request the data subject to provide his or her legal representative with a written statement attesting to the consent to the processing.
